Cecily is an attorney at Beggs & Lane and maintains a diverse appellate and commercial litigation practice.   Cecily is an incredible young lawyer. First and foremost, Cecily is a master juggler. No, not the type of juggler you associate with cool circus tricks, but the type that gracefully manages to balance a full workload, leadership positions within various organizations, community involvement, and motherhood.

A quick look at her resume proves this is no small feat. Cecily and her husband, Brooks, have two sons: Ian (19 months old) and Jackson (who will be here any day now!). Cecily is a member of the First Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, a past president of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association (ESRBA) Young Lawyers Division, a member of ESRBA’s Executive Council, a previous Law Week committee co-chair, and an active participant in the Northwest Florida Chapter of FAWL.

Cecily embraces all of her titles whole-heartedly and does not allow any of her roles to suffer at the expense of others. With a full plate, she still continues to be generous with her time and attention, and whoever meets her is better because of it.
