Raising the Bar Series

The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors created the Raising the Bar video series to share lessons young lawyers can learn from published disciplinary actions. The series highlights the ethical rules that tend to be the most violated: trust accounting, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, communication, and candor.
