What size space does each exhibitor receive?
Each employer/exhibitor/sponsor will receive a designated table: 6ft long x 32” wide.
Is this a booth-style setup or open format?
– An open tabletop format.
– Exhibitors will have tables within their designated space with 2’ spacing on each side of their table.
Are tables and chairs provided?
– Each exhibitor will receive: One (1) 6’ table and Two (2) chairs
– If you require additional chairs, please notify us in advance.
Are tablecloths provided?
Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own branded linen.
Can employers bring display materials? Are there size limits?
– Yes. Employers may bring display materials such as: pop-up banners, tabletop signage, branded backdrops, etc.
– All materials must remain within your designated space.
– No audio or music is permitted, to avoid disrupting neighboring exhibitors.
– Large custom build-outs are not permitted (this is tabletop format).
When can exhibitors arrive for setup?
– Thursday, March 5 (Optional Early Move-In): 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Earlier move-in not recommended due to cruise traffic.)
– Friday, March 6 (Event Day Move-In): 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Where is the drop-off/loading area for exhibitors?
– If staying at the Omni Hotel, exhibitors may walk freely from the Omni Hotel connections to Sandpiper Ballroom B to set up.
– Exhibitors not staying at the Omni Hotel will park in the Broward County Convention Center (BCCC) parking garage, take the elevator to level 1 and proceed to Sandpiper Ballroom B to set up. A map will be provided to the email used for registration.
What is the parking cost?
– There is $20 flat rate parking available at the BCCC
– Valet parking is available at the Omni Hotel.
– Overnight parking is NOT permitted at the BCCC. All vehicles on the premises past midnight will be towed.
– Thursday, March 5 (8:00 AM – 1:30 PM): Heavy cruise traffic expected.
– We recommend arriving early to allow for traffic delays.

What is the dress code?
– For Thursday’s Welcome Reception, the attire is cocktail or business casual.
– For Friday’s Job and Resource Fair, the attire is business professional.
Are food and beverages provided?
- Thursday’s Welcome Reception:
- There will be complimentary drinks and refreshments available for law students, young lawyers, judges, Rising Star, Visionary and Career sponsors.
- Friday’s Job and Resource Fair:
- Breakfast and lunch are complimentary for law students, young lawyers, judges, Visionary and Career sponsors.
Where do I go to check in?
– For Thursday’s welcome reception: All attendees and employers will check in at the registration desk located outside Omni Sea Turtle Salon.
– For the Job & Resource Fair: All attendees and employers will check in at the registration desk located outside BCCC Sandpiper Ballroom.
– Directional signage will be posted throughout the Omni and Convention Center to guide you.
Are attendees required to attend CLE presentations?
No, attendance at CLE presentations and workshop sessions is completely optional. However, we highly encourage you to participate as these sessions are designed to provide valuable insights and help you get the most out of the event experience.
Can I register day-of at the door?
We strongly encourage all attendees to register in advance, prior to the registration deadline. Once the event reaches capacity, we are unable to accommodate walk-in attendees.
Can I bring my child / will childcare be available?
Unfortunately, children are not allowed during this professional networking and recruiting event. We recommend making arrangements in advance to ensure that you get the most out of the event experience.
Will Wi-Fi be available?
Yes. Wi-Fi will be available within the Convention Center. Network details will be provided onsite.
What should I bring to the Job & Resource Fair?
We recommend that all attendees bring copies of your resume, business cards, and a laptop if you have one.
Are there any prohibited items?
– All attendees must comply with Convention Center policies. Prohibited items include weapons, hazardous materials, open flames, and amplified audio equipment.
– All bags are subject to inspection.
Is it mandatory for attendees to stay throughout the entire event?
No. Attendees may come and go throughout the day as their schedule permits. However, we strongly recommend staying for the full event to take advantage of networking, interviews, workshops, and programming opportunities.
