The Road Less Traveled….Practicing in the Legislative Process

This webinar is designed to assist anyone who wants to learn about the legislative process, how the process effects the way we do business, and keys to success. The course will provide a 2014 Legislative update which will include presentations from Florida Bar lobbyists who explain the ins and outs of how the Bar creates and implements their legislative agenda as well as illustrate how Tallahassee impacts the practice of law. In addition, participants will hear from some of the state’s leading lobbyists as they discuss the art of lobbying and how to successfully bridge the gap between government consulting and the practice of law. The webinar will also include leaders of the Florida Legislature who will give their unique perspectives of the legislative process.
