Every two years, judges and lawyers from courts within the Federal Eleventh Circuit gather for the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Conference.  This Conference is held in a different Federal District every two years.  This year, the Northern District of Florida is hosting the Conference at the Sawgrass Marriott Hotel in Ponte Vedra Florida, on May 4^th and May 5^th.  The Conference is a great opportunity for young lawyers to meet and interact with Judges from the Eleventh Circuit Federal Courts.  On Friday May 4^th, an informal happy hour with judges from the Eleventh Circuit Judiciary will be held from 5:30 PM-7:30 PM in the Marriott Great Room at the Sawgrass Marriott Hotel.  On Saturday May 5^th, the Conference will host a Roundtable with the Federal Judiciary from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the Sawgrass Marriott Hotel.  United States Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas will attend the Saturday Program, that will consist of roundtable discussions between Federal Judges and lawyers, as well as an interview with Justice Thomas.  The cost of the Saturday Program is $110.  The Sawgrass Marriott Hotel is located at 1000 PGA Tour Blvd., Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, 32082.  For Registration forms and questions please contact Michele Schamberger at the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association at michele@esrba.com or (850) 434-8135.
