Haley Moss made headlines as the first documented openly autistic attorney admitted to The Florida Bar. However, Haley is determined to make change for lawyers with disabilities (who make up less than a self-reported 1% of attorneys!) and for the profession to embrace neurodiversity – the notion that different kinds of minds exist and are to be expected and accepted. As an advocate, Haley is a writer and public speaker continuing to use her platform to push for greater inclusion for people of all abilities.  Haley runs her own business, Haley Moss LLC, to do disability and neurodiversity consulting work for other businesses and firms as well as continued speaking engagements.
