April 6, 2016 (12:00-1:00 p.m.) — This webinar will be an interactive discussion based on the in-depth analysis of the Grit program, which was conducted by Milana Hogan. The program is designed by the ABA to provide tools for success to female attorneys. Hogan will share the results of her Grit study and provide detailed advice on how to implement the Grit tools for success. She is the chief legal recruiting and professional development officer at Sullivan & Cromwell, and serves as a liaison to the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession.
