Zorelly Torres-Sanchez

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S WEEK

Zorelly Torres-Sanchez | Jupiter, FL

Zorelly Torres-Sanchez has helped to bring Martin County FAWL “into the 21st Century” with technology by implementing streamlined procedures for responses to Martin FAWL events and increasing the group’s social media presence.  She is constantly thinking of new ways to use technology to save time and resources.  This has helped her earn the respect of the members and Board of Directors of Martin County FAWL.  She also serves on the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service West Palm Beach Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Zorelly helps her community by doing pro bono work for Americans for Immigrant Justice.  She selflessly volunteers her time on certain Saturdays each month to provide free legal consultations to immigrants needing legal advice on a multitude of immigration and other legal issues.  She has also spoken to students at Indian River Community College regarding current immigration law issues.

She is a positive role model for women in the community and does all of this, in addition to helping provide support to her family in Puerto Rico and having a full-time job, with a smile.  She always has a positive attitude and works hard to make people feel included and appreciated.

She has advanced the cause of women in the local community by being involved and by helping those in need, whether they be women or men.  Ms. Torres-Sanchez is an Outstanding YLD Woman.
