WELCOME TO THE YLD’S SUPERVISED PRACTICE PROGRAM WEBPAGE
This page is created for both bar applicants and qualified supervising attorneys. Bar applicants will be able to use this page to determine the attorneys, law firms, and organizations (“potential supervising attorney”) that are willing to supervise bar applicants, as permitted pursuant to Supreme Court of Florida Administrative Order No. AOSC20-80. The potential supervising attorney will be able to add information to this website for bar-applicants to review. It will be the responsibility of each bar applicant to contact a potential supervising attorney to obtain the approval and supervision required by the Florida Supreme Court to participate in the Supervised Practice Program. This webpage will also contain links and resources to explain the Supervised Practice Program and links to required forms.
This Webpage will be updated frequently, so please check back often.
The Florida Bar provides this information strictly as a resource for those interested in the Temporary Practice Program. This website is not a placement program of The Florida Bar and is intended only to provide information on participating supervising attorneys. Placement and employment arrangements are expressly between participants of the program and supervising attorneys. The Florida Bar has no administrative role in the placement process nor employment.
