Effective negotiation is a skill and an art form, and is highly dependent upon effective communication. Since most of communication is non-verbal, many things get lost in the translation when parties are negotiating by phone. This webinar will educate participants on the advantages and disadvantages of telephonic negotiations before, during and after mediation. Having identified the disadvantages, the webinar will identify ways to compensate for those disadvantages and enhance the effectiveness on telephonic negotiations.
