Professionalism in the practice of law is of upmost importance. This year, to coincide with the YLD’s theme of “Professionalism in Practice,” we have created a series of programming and initiatives to ensure young lawyers are given the tools, education, and resources they need to exhibit the highest standards of professionalism and remain out of the disciplinary system.
Anisha Patel, 2023-24 President
With this new set of awards, the YLD is excited to shine the spotlight on young lawyers who deserve recognition for the way they consistently conduct themselves with integrity, civility, and competence—attorneys in the early stages of their career whose concerted efforts better the legal profession and set the gold standard for others to follow.
